The Eta Xi chapter (#182) was installed at Georgia Southern College on September 28, 1986. The Zeta Psi chapter from the University of Central Florida served as the advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members include: Holly Gail Anderson, James Reginald Burgess, Lou Ann Diedolf, Tracy Lynn Merrow, Tammy Jo Ray, Kim Schree Thompson, Carole Lynn Thompson, Stephanie Lynn Wells, Gwendolyn Elaine Jeffries, and Jerrold M. Michaelson.
