The Epsilon Rho chapter (#137) was re-installed at Virginia State University on July 8, 2000. Past National President Kathy Rodeffer served as the installation officer, Board of Trustees Member Cathy Miles served as advising person, and Eta Delta served as the advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members include: Denetrice Edwards, Ethel Haughton, Shantia Kane, Timeka Phillips, and Truda Scott.
