The Delta Omicron chapter (#111) was installed at Clarion State College on May 16, 1970. District IX President Sandra Konefal and Kappa Kappa Psi District IX Governor Donald Stanely served as the installation officers and Gamma Kappa performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members include: Evelyn Ayres, Melinda Beckstine, Mary Bigley, Elizabeth Curley, Marianne Delp, Barbara Esteler, Linda Gilfert, Karen Grinder, Roxanne Herrod, Gloria Kaplon, LaDonna Linaman, Gloria Lindell, Linda McGuire, Joan Michalski, Nancy Richards, Linda Schlentner, Linda Sherrieb, Elizabeth Sinibaldi, Beverly Squire, Jean Stefanik, Susan Valentine, Mary Whiteshot, and Cheryl Yonker.
