Alumni and Honorary members attending conventions must also have a current Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association (KKPsiAA) or Tau Beta Sigma Alumni Association (TBSAA) membership at the time of convention. The membership year for KKPsiAA runs from January 1 – December 31, the TBSAA membership year runs from July 1 – June 30. TBSAA memberships should be renewed no later than June 15 of the National Convention year. Our National Headquarters staff will verify your membership status in our records at the time of registration and you must show a current/valid photo ID to check-in at convention.
2025 ΤΒΣ Chapter Delegate & Proxy Request
You have the opportunity to direct the future of the Sorority through voting for new national leadership, participating in various workshops, and serving on a number of committees. We ask that each Chapter complete the Delegate and Proxy Request Form to ensure that your interests are represented at convention. Forms submitted to National Headquarters on or before June 1, 2025 will receive first consideration for committee seating! Participants in the National Intercollegiate Band are eligible to serve as Chapter Delegates and their seat will be held until the rehearsals and performance are concluded on Tuesday evening.
National Convention Constitutional Change & Committee Topic Proposals
Attending our National Convention is an opportune time to share ideas and foster new ones. We invite members of the Sorority to suggest possible changes to our Constitution or other topics to be considered during committee work. Proposals and suggestions submitted through this form will be collected and reviewed by the National Council for possible inclusion in the work of our National Convention Committees. Submissions close June 15, 2025.
Tau Beta Sigma National Council Elections
One of the key business objectives of the National Convention is the election of our new National Council members. To learn more about candidates for the National Council and to review their candidacy packets, please visit the elections page on the National Convention website.
The Sights…and Sounds!
National Intercollegiate Band
The National Intercollegiate Band (NIB) is one of the most exciting programs of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma, begun nearly seventy years ago. This ensemble continues to make a significant contribution to the advancement of the collegiate band by providing performance opportunities and contributing new commissioned works to the concert band medium. Join us on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 for the performance of the 2023 NIB and attend a celebratory reception following the concert.
